Yes, it is always good to operate “within” a budget, but how you use that budget reflects one’s priorities.
If elected, I will utilize the budget and current staff to provide more robust educational offerings, as well as bring home women currently incarcerated in Chicopee, and provide needed programs to create an award winning facility.
